WebDash Overview
- What Is It
WebDash is a dashboard of one or many widgets that provide you with a visual overview of the data you care about in your business.
- How It Works
The data that you want is pulled securely into our server application which then feeds the widgets - again securely.
- The Widgets
The widgets are Flash based and can be tailored to any style and layout that you want. Right now we have a base set of widgets for monitoring your website performance, Google Analytics, sales volumes, campaign results, aggregator results and server performance.

- Aggregator Performance
Where you are offering a product via aggregator sites:
- monitor the quote/price position of your product relative to competitors
- monitor the performance of your quotes/prices being returned to the aggregator site
- monitor the results of customers responding to your quotes/prices
- Channel Performance
Your online channel does not operate in isolation so this widget enables the overview the impacts and performance across channels.
- monitor the volumes and performance of call centre telephony
- understand the impacts across channels; when your website is running slowly, what is the impact on the call centre
- Sales & Campaign Tracking
This is a versatile widget that enables the monitoring the success of banners and other advertising using your agency stats, tracking codes or internal systems.
You can track multiple banners on your site, banners in other placements, costs per click, click through rates or whatever your key metrics are. If you’ve tried doing this across multiple sites and agencies you’ll know why this is a great widget to have.
- Google Analytics
Whether you’re using Google Analytics or another web analytics package, this widget allows to view your key stats without needing to login each time.
The widget can be tabbed to include multiple profiles and anytime you need more information it’s a click through to login to your analytics package to analyse the issue.
- Website Performance
By using a feed from the tools that monitors your site uptime and response times we can provide a widget that gives you real time access to the key elements – page load times and the recent history.
This could be tabbed for key pages and can include alerts if you do not have thoise set up with your monitoring service. When a problem is highlighted the action is to click and login to your monitoring service to analyse the issue and resolve.
- Server Performance
When you have applications and servers that are critical to the performance of your service this widget monitors the key metrics.
This example monitors memory, CPU and disk space for a transactional server and provides a real time overview of any issues that may require intervention.
