It’s an Adobe Air application which means you can run it on Windows, Linus and a Mac and it handles a single analytics profile (free) or multiple profiles ($15 per year). It’s similar in nature to our analytics widget (except of course our widgets run in your browser and can be accessed anywhere) and is a good example of bringing your stats to you, instead of logging in to Google everytime you want a snapshot.

We’ve relaunched the WebDash and we’re getting some good feedback on our initial widget that tracks page download speeds. The widget takes a test feed from the good people at Siteconfidence and displays the results as a speedometer, with a status indicator and history chart.

The feedback from clients is that they want an overview of their business – we’re not in the business of replacing their MI, just alerting them when something isn’t right and letting them dig deeper using their existing service providers.

Back to the website – it’s not the finished product but hopefully it whets the appetite for what we’re building.
